2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll, I experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is out of gas or injectors are not firing at all. I pulled out the spark plugs this morning, three were drenched in gasoline and the 4th was dry. When i crank the engine with no sparks i put tissue on the top of each of the injector holes and the 3 that were drenched in gazoline leap out, however the 4th stays shut. I tested the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55,30/55 and 48/55 I get 0ohm. So i assume the problem is elsewhere.
I also tried to reset the PID with no success. The car is able to start if the G28 is unplugged and is running fine when it is plugged in however it has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for the coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature of that is -49c even after unplugging it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bars when the actual pressure is 0.
I'm not certain what to do, i think i've pretty much ruled out everything else. I'm concerned that i may have missed something. Please let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!
